Hi my name is Justan I am looking for a job over this summer. I work as a lift operator in tahoe, and work my ass off for long hours. often (5am-6pm). I have never been on a fishing crew, have quite a bit experience boating, don't think I have an issue with sickness. Definitely don't have an issue with hard work or long hours. I'm easy going, don't complain. I know I'm new but really want to get into this for summer work. Please text or e-mail me if you have an opening, 775-870-6480 or [email protected]. Thank you!

Hi, my name is Audrey and I am looking for a job this summer. I am a rising junior at Duke University and can provide a resume if requested. Am available late June through late August and although I've never been on a fishing crew, I worked last summer on a ranch in Colorado and am used to demanding work. I'm a hard worker and easy to get a long with. Please email [email protected] if you have an opening that works with my dates, Thanks!

A bit camp-out where we are;, but most everybody ends up the season through totally on their boat. Granted there are many fancy new boats - yatchs, as I call them. Definitely not us. We are old and crusty. But I take it 'slower' as a consequence. Safety first. The ocean demands respect, and time and timing are inherently fundamental to serving that respect. If you have heard about, or been watching videos showing big , fast, shiney 'yatchs' with big loads on deck - that is not us. Those kind that actually do make big money are usually experienced crew who know how to pick fish out of web. True professionals are masters of an evolving skill. Boats that do more than 250 to 350K pounds This season are highly knowledgeable skippers with equally savvy crew - and extra-manned. If that is the kind of boat you are wishing and hoping for, then keep at it. We are out to make money, accept our limitations, rise to the occasion, make our way home whole and fulfilled..
It takes a team to succeed in this rodeo-circus. A profitable team prepares in advance. Repairs, upgrades, net-building, and much more require team presence. Starting late June with green crew is not the most effective mindset. Your dictates effect our success. This show is starting now. It will turn into a race in two weeks. Then it will become two weeks of deprivation, endurance, loathing.. Two more weeks of decompression, healing, follow-through. Illumination settles in when recognition of failure or success is revealed. Whetherr best choices have been made or lessons are hard won is the bar by which our vessel measures success. If it can be said, "I am glad I came, and I want to come back - right here," that is the minimum to which we aspire. Whether you can be a part of making that happen, only you know. Late-startt is already a given...
My questions are; Why do you want to do this? And,; What makes you think you can? Look forward to hearing from you. If not, Best to you.

Looking for a female captain to work for for the 2025 season.

My name is Keeley, I am 28 years old, and I live in Fairbanks. Although green to fishing I have been working in the outdoor industry for 6 years. My last positions have been managing dog kennels, most recently a sled dog tour operation on a glacier. Managing, living and working on a glacier with a team of 2-4 gave me familiarity for a small team on a boat. I am prepared to work long hours with lots of maual labor.

I am hard-working, adaptable, and keep my spirits high even when the going gets tough. I have lots of experience in leadership roles and many reccomendations if needed. Please feel free to reach out, and I look forward to hearing from you.
