Hey! My name is Tor, I'm from Oregon, and I'm looking for a job in Bristol Bay this summer. I've worked on the bottom trawler F/V U.S. Intrepid with Fishermen's Finest (can get you references if you need 'em), fishing rockfish and flounder in the Gulf of Alaska, but this will be my first time on a salmon boat. I know my way around a fishing boat & I'm used to the "you can sleep when you get back to the lower 48" mentality. I'm a decent cook, too, if I do say so myself. I can get myself out to Bristol Bay by mid-May.

If you're looking for crew during the 2023 salmon season, hit me up! You can email me at [email protected] or call or text 541-913-1962. Thanks!

My name is Nils Haugen I’m currently an engineering student at Purdue University, and I’m training to be an officer in the Air Force through ROTC and I’m looking for a summer job in Bristol Bay. This would be my first season and I don’t have any commercial fishing experience. But, I have worked a couple manual labor jobs (oil change shop technician/assistant manager and fabricator/manufacturer), I have no problem working for 24+ hours straight, I consider myself to be a quick learner, I’m a hard worker, and I’m not a complainer. I have relatives who have been fishing in Bristol Bay for generations.

My phone number is 8019791714, email is [email protected]. Looking forward to hearing from you.

Hi. My name is Justin. I'm an English teacher up here on the Slope. I've been an Alaska resident for the past three years and would love the opportunity to further my Alaskan experience. I have summers off and would love the opportunity to start my summer career. I have no fishing experience but am quick to leaner and can handle any situation. I am an avid traveler, hiker, and adventure enthusiast. What I lack in experience I make up for in eagerness to learn. I'm a great cook, organized, and work well with a team. I know when to listen and when to speak. I may have just turned 42 but have the endurance of a young man. I look forward to hearing form you soon.

I'm looking to crew on a drift boat this season.
I can get along with anyone, have good communication skills, and take direction well. I'm in good shape and am used to working long physical hours, mostly in underground mining and drilling. Will provide resume and references.

I worked a season on a bay boat when I was in highschool. So I'm green but understand how a drift boat operates.

I'll be in Naknek around June 1st. Happy to help get the boat prepped and see how things go. If you don't think it will work out or you're crew'd up, send me on my way, no hard feelings - at the very least it'd be free labor for you in the boat yard.

My cell is (914) 329-4210
[email protected]

Feel free to call, text, or email. Happy to answer any questions.

Best,
- Fielding Lewis
