I'm an 11 year Bristol Bay fisherman looking for experienced deckhands. Both of our vessels have dual permits and we fish until our market stops buying in mid August. Our work dates are June 6th-August 21st. We're a drug and alcohol free operation who work really hard, but have fun doing it. Average salaries raange between $10k-20K for greenhorns and $20k-40k for experienced crew. If interested, please provide a fishing resume with your contact information and we'll reach out to you. Keep charging and have a great day!

If you are still looking for a deck hand, I am 62 years old, and at this age I am fit for picking fish, but within the limit of where the physical exhaustion to be avoid.

I can mend nets for operational stages, and know the bay where the fish might be with timing.

Hello, my name is Michelle Meyers. I would like to apply to work as a deckhand in Bristol Bay. I have past experience running and fishing a salmon set-net site. I am a very fast picker. Otherwise, I have experience pole and line tuna fishing, as well as swordfish fishing. I am located Alaska and am ready to work immediately. I have my gear and fishing license ready. I am a no fuss, very hard working individual. I have experience working with gas and diesel engines, including RSW’s. I also enjoy cooking and do so well. Feel free to contact me anytime at (760)522-5907 or [email protected].

Thank you kindly for your time and consideration,

-Michelle Meyers

Hi:
I started fishing in the Bay in the early 80's and bought my own setnet operation in 2008. I currently have three productive sites on Ekuk Beach. I am looking for experienced crew for the 2022 season. Pay is based on a percentage: individual's experience, total catch, and final price. Average over the last 5 years is $12,000 -$30,000 for experienced crew.

We have a great camp with lots of extras: sauna, showers, washer and dryer, new bunk house and lots of good food. and crew person's individual experience.

Check us out on Facebook at Camp Ekuk

I fished for Fritz Johnson on F/V JAZZ in 2019 and seined in Southeast when I was in college in California. I am a teacher now in Alabama and am hoping to get back to Bristol Bay this summer. I think Fritz or Max Martin would recommend me if you have an interest. Please call Chris at 251-979-4527 anytime. And thanks!

Aloha,

Little about me; I enjoy long strenuous hours of welding under a hood at shipyard and bathing in blood under the summer moonlight. Please email me an address, to forward my resume if this spikes your interest. I am anxious to be of service, to those willing to give. [email protected]. Thank-you sincerely, for your time.

Mahalo,

K.Stone
