-I have been the captain of a guillnetter in Bristol Bay for 6 years, while putting in top 10% of the fleets catch my last 2 years.
-I am looking for a deckhand that has the endurance to pick fish quickly throughout an opener and the strength to roundhall a few times a day. Also, you must have at least 2 years of experience and the knowledge of how to mend a net.
-You will need to be available from June 12 to whenever I decide we are done.

Experienced crew on Johnson hill line and or south ,north egegik line, tight operation a lot of fish to pick in a hurry==big paycheck

I am actively looking to work my ass off this upcoming 2015 season. I have experience on the water, but will be green to Alaskan fisheries. I have many friends who work aboard gillnetters in Bristol bay, and am confident i can pick fish, mend nets, and do anything else quickly and efficiently. I am no stranger to hard work or long hours and know how to do just about anything without complaining. I am willing to take a partial crew share during first openings.
